Lightowler works towards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Lightowler is working towards securing a number of ISO accreditations in recognition of the quality of management and services at the business - as part of its commitment to continual improvement and development of staff.
The ISO 9001 management system (QMS) accreditation is aimed at organisations which want to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers, and other relevant stakeholders a measure Lightowler has always prided itself on meeting.
The business is also working towards ISO 14001, which recognises firms that put environmental management at the heart of their operations to achieve sustainable success. This international standard helps firms reduce their environmental impact as well as grow their business.
Finally, Lightowler is also currently looking to attain OHSAS 18001, an internationally applied British standard for occupational health and safety management systems.
Managing director Charles Lightowler said: As a business we have passed the test of time due to providing excellent customer service, and by having a very well run, focussed business.
We have always appreciated that the best form of advertisement for a company is doing a great job for your clients, and being recognised for the quality of your work. Achieving these accreditations will underline that such quality systems and services run throughout the business at Lightowler, so it is very important to us.
